Delta Gamma
We started Lyric's Grad photoshoot at the palm trees by the Student Union. I remember as a student, I'd walk through this area hundreds of times and I remember walking past a senior doing their graduation photos and thinking, one day that'll be me! It would be crazy not to do a few photos here by the iconic tall palm trees. Lyric is part of the Delta Gamma Sorority so we included her sash for these photos! (I love me some pink!). If you're in a sorority or fraternity, clubs, or honors. bring all your sashes for some variety in your photos!

We then moved onto the reflective windows at the student union. Love to do a little of these, because it eliminates any busy elements in the background and focuses on you!

César E. Chávez
The César Chávez fountain at SJSU is an optional spot depending on the senior I'm photographing. Apart from the beautiful art and its' vibrant colors, I love the way it frames the senior I'm photographing. Lyric is a hispanic first generation grad, so doing a few photos here was super special for her!

Tower Hall
Probably the most iconic spot for your portraits at San Jose State University. Tower Hall is all over your Student I.D card, your diploma, and your SJSU merchandise. It'd be crazy not to do photos by this building! This is where I like to do classic poses as I'm 100% positive these are the ones your mom will print and hang up on her walls. Once we finish with those, I like to throw in a few fun poses like "pop your leg up" or we pop a champagne bottle here!

SJSU Blue Wall
We ended Lyric's senior session at the big blue wall that says "San Jose State University". I love doing fun photos here like throwing biodegradable confetti, throwing your cap up, and popping champagne! After all, YOU. DID. IT. You took your grad photos and you're done! You deserve a sip. Congrats Grad!
